Mandatory IVF Counselling Services

Conceive Fertility Counselling provides mandatory IVF counselling sessions for individuals and couples who have been formally referred to us by one of our partnered IVF clinics.

These sessions are a required part of fertility treatment and are conducted in line with ANZICA guidelines by appropriately trained and registered psychologists.

Important Booking Information

Mandatory IVF counselling appointments cannot be booked online.

We are only able to provide these sessions to clients who:

  • Have been referred to us by one of our contracted IVF clinics, and

  • Are undertaking fertility treatment through that clinic

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer mandatory IVF counselling to clients who are receiving treatment elsewhere or who are seeking an earlier appointment outside of these referral pathways. Not all psychologists at Ballarat Women’s Psychology are able to conduct mandatory IVF counselling, which is why these appointments must be arranged via email.

How to Arrange an Appointment

To arrange a mandatory IVF counselling session, please email: admin@conceivecounselling.com

Once we receive your email:

  1. We will confirm your referral details

  2. An intake form will be sent to you to complete

  3. Your appointment will be scheduled with one of our psychologists who is approved to conduct mandatory IVF counselling sessions
