CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours' notice (Monday-Friday) or missed appointments without notice, incur a fee of $149.00.
This policy helps cover the costs of running the practice and ensures appointment times can be offered to other clients who may be waiting for support.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Our fees vary depending on the funding pathway and practitioner involved. This reflects differences in administrative requirements, reporting obligations and Medicare rebate structures.
Fee information will be provided prior to your first appointment and is also included within our intake and consent documentation. If you have any questions regarding fees, rebates or funding options, please contact our administration team.

Please note that adolescents must be linked with a paediatrician prior to commencing the assessment process.
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Assessment (Adult) - $1,990
Includes:
Comprehensive clinical assessment
Standardised assessment measures
Detailed written report suitable for NDIS purposes
Combined ADHD & ASD Assessment (Adult) - $3,000
A discounted fee applies when both assessments are completed together.

No, you do not need a referral to book an appointment. However if you wish to claim any Medicare rebates, you must have a valid and current GP referral addressed to our service. You are welcome to self-refer by contacting us via phone or email, please note that the full session fee will be payable by you in the absence of a GP referral.

Some private health insurers cover extras for psychological services. It's a good idea to check with your health fund about your rebate before booking. After your session, we'll send you a receipt so you can claim the rebate directly from them as we are not able to do this on the spot.

You can absolutely reschedule or cancel your appointment. We understand that sometimes things happen that mean you are unable to attend. If you need to change your appointment, we ask that you contact us with as much notice as possible. Appointment changes with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur cancellation fees.

You can expect your sessions to be warm, inviting and tailored to your specific goals and mental health needs. Our psychologists are skilled and committed to ensuring your comfort and privacy remain priority. Any information shared in sessions is kept confidential, except in rare instances where we are required to comply with legal and/or ethical obligations to ensure your, and others safety.

We are able to offer telehealth appointments, both exclusively- such as if you live out of region and require all appointments to be telehealth and on occasions when you may be unwell or unable to attend your usual session in person. Please contact us to discuss this or chat to your psychologist to make arrangements.

Some psychologists hold Clinical Psychology endorsement through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Clinical Psychologists attract a higher Medicare rebate than General Psychologists, which is reflected in the appointment type selected when booking.
The appointment types help ensure the correct Medicare rebate and fee structure are applied. Both General Psychologists and Clinical Psychologists are registered psychologists who provide evidence-based psychological treatment and support.

Clients who have a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan and referral from their GP or paediatrician may be eligible to claim a Medicare rebate for psychology services.

The Medicare Safety Net is designed to assist individuals and families who have high out-of-pocket medical expenses throughout the year.
Once your annual threshold is reached, you may be eligible for increased Medicare benefits for eligible services. Thresholds vary depending on your individual circumstances.
